I love it plain and with oatmeal but my fav:
Mix fresh pineapple, greek vanilla yogurt, coconut, and this milk in the blender - YUM!

Busy day

I was driving along today, looked over and laughed out loud, it looks like weeks worth of food and trash but that's all from one day!

Weekend recap

I can't believe it's already Sunday night, I'm sitting here staring at my schedule....ready to tackle another week! Weekends fly by way too fast!
 Friday night we had a showing on our house, the people were super excited about our house, we are waiting for their offer!
 Saturday morning we had a yard sale, then hung out with our BFFs which was nice since we haven't had time to hang out with them lately! Great catching up with them again.
 Sunday was church of course then lunch with the family for my dad's birthday. Kylin cried the whole time at lunch and said she didn't feel good. We came home after we ate, she sat in the tub for about an hour. When she got out she seemed fine.  Dad called about 3:00 and wanted to take Layton fishing. Kylin went to stay with mom....and me - I had a whole afternoon/evening ALONE! Nothing like an entire evening of alone time to finish off the weekend!
 I'm working on things for Layton's upcoming birthday party, I can not believe in a month my baby will be 10! Holy moly that doesn't seem possible!!

The most fun you can have in a Food Lion parking lot

We had a yard sale today in the Food Lion parking lot....yep, you read that right, in the parking lot! It was supposed to be a big event, the store sold spots to raise money for a charity. Well, we ended up being the only people there!! Definitely one of the most redneck things we've ever done, but it was actually a fun day, the weather was nice, and we made a good profit!

Layton is playing kid pitch this year. Some of them get a little wild. Saturday he took 2 pitches off the arm, tonight he dodged one!

Spring Break 2012

Spring Break 2012 is off to a great start. Friday morning we went to VA to ride the Creeper Trail. We stayed there til Sunday, got home Sunday night....without the kids, they stayed with my parents.
Monday I picked them up, along with mom. We did a little shopping and had lunch at Jasons Deli! Neither of my kids wanted to come home, they stayed with mom again! Joey and I enjoyed some alone time by watching Netflix episodes of Storage Wars!

Rainy Thursday night

Layton's game got rained out tonight. My house is clean, I'm home alone.....what else is a girl to do - Pinterest, oreo ice cream, Hoarders episodes on Netflix and my laptop - Yep, I'm good!
