Bday party @ the cutest place in Hickory

Ky went to a bday party last Saturday at a pottery painting place in town. She loved it! (the cupcakes were an added bonus!) We had never been there before, but we will return!

I'm afraid....very afraid of lizards. HATE them!
I saw this on Pinterest and had to laugh!
We went with some friends to the drive in movie theater and watched Journey 2, there is a part in the movie where they are getting chased by a giant lizard. (if you haven't seen the movie they are on an island where all large animals are small and all small animals are huge) anyway, that's what I feel like every time I see a lizard!

This is Ky's first year playing baseball. We have begged her for the past 2 years to play and she wouldn't. She loves it, and she's doing great....and she looks pretty darn cute too!
