It's official....

The Wayne house is for sale!!!!
Joey and I have talked about selling our house for years. We love our house, love our neighborhood, love like the location, love the kids school....so everyone is asking us why we are trying to sell. Basically we don't have a reason, just want to see if it will sell then we'll go from there. Our plan as of now if it sells is to rebuild in the same neighborhood just a few feet away from where we are now!
We would like a 1 story house possibly with a basement. We really have no plans as of right now what to do when/if this house sells. We are just going to play it by ear and see what happens!
