No my project is not see how much mess I can make, although I'm pretty dang good at making some BIG messes!
Her room makeover has been going on for almost a year, I don't think it will ever end. I found her a black bed skirt at Goodwill for less than $3. It goes great with her room decor, but it needed something.....well, duh all it needed was tons of fabric scraps cut and tied on, some ribbon, and a few strands of bling and presto - instant makeover!! Adds tons of color too. I really like it!
The whole thing actually started here - the window! That's been a blank slate since I took down her flower curtains a year ago. No big deal, she doesn't need curtains or blinds, her room is on the second level and no one can see in. I did the same concept of fabric, ribbons and bling. Instant color, perfect for her windows because I didn't want something that would make her room dark, this definitely lightens it up! I mainly just wanted to add color. I think I accomplished that!
For once the big mess in her room isn't her mess, it's mine!!
She spend the day & night at nanny's, guess I better get everything put back together before she gets home!
Once I get it completely done and put back together I will take better pics and post them along with all the info on how to do this, it's E-A-S-Y and cheap!
